Houston Pumpkin Festival

A Community Tradition since 1984!

The Houston Pumpkin Festival is a three-day community tradition held annually during the second weekend of October in Houston, Pennsylvania.  Located at the American Legion Post #902 Picnic Grounds, the festival features family fun for all ages including; over 175 food and craft vendors, music and entertainment, children's activities, a parade, and contests. Admission into the festival is FREE! Proceeds from the festival benefit the Houston Volunteer Fire Department.  This website serves to provide the most up-to-date news and information about the festival for both its visitors and participants.

-Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times
- Limited Handicapped Parking is available at the Festival Grounds
- Please No Pets and No Bicycles


MISSION STATEMENT

The mission of the Houston Pumpkin Festival sponsored by the Houston Volunteer Fire Department is to promote the hospitality of our local community to everyone who visits the festival by providing activities and entertainment for all ages.
